Pretty much the same story (except for the era, and the psychology departmentMacOS. Back in the 80's, Apple gave universities good deals on Macs, so my department (Psych) only had Macs in the profs' offices as well as in the labs. I wrote my Theses on a Mac in the lab and bought my first Mac in 1991.
I've used Apple computers ever since. I don't care what others use. I've never seen a PC only software title that made me think 'oh, I need to switch to Windows.' I'm not a gamer, so I have no interest in PCs.
