If you go with AMD, Asus Prime X670-P works straight out of the box (well I have disabled wifi and bluetooth in BIOS so if you need those then I do not know).
I personally think Focusrite 2i2 is quite ... low in the list, sure it is cheap but at 64 samples when latency is at 8ms and cpu usage is high ... not for me.
I would, if needing external usb device, even check out the used RME's. Sure they cost more but in my long experience they just work better and faster without hassle (that German Quality Engineering!).
