Commercial patches/sound banks are usually not allowed. I think the reason for that is to keep a level playing field, so maybe it wouldn't be a problem if they were freely available to all participants. It seems reasonable to me, but I'm not the authority here. If any of the patches use samples other than the stock noise samples, that would also be an issue. OSC rules are finicky about the use of samples.I'll be happy to supply one of my banks for this contest, if it's allowed.
